چکیده
Shrimp grow-out and hatchery systems are being affected by bacterial disease particularly Vibrios. The use of chemotherapeutic agents in aquaculture practices has to lead the development resistance among aquatic bacteria. Thus, health management becomes major importance aquaculture. Under this situation, progressing bio-inhibitors from marine resources most appropriate be considered against pathogenic Molecular docking is an tool structural biology computer-assisted drug design predict neutralize a target protein known diseases. In study, macro-alga Ulva fasciata was aimed at developing inhibitors luminescence disease-causing bacteria Vibrio harveyi. U. collected Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. Extract tested growth virulence factors V. harveyi during Penaeus monodon larviculture. Further extract subjected GC–MS analysis identify biomolecules. homology modeling virulent protein, hemolysin designed study. Hence, it for molecular biomolecules identified extract. During shrimp larviculture, (200 ?g mL?1) exhibited reduction on Cumulative Percentage Mortality (32.40%) postlarvae challenge infection. Biomolecule Methyl dehydroabietate had showed highest binding affinity compounds evaluated Statistical revealed significant differences (p < 0.05) trials. Therefore, proved that will better option controlling practices.
